British phone manufacturer Kazam, founded by ex HTC executives have unveiled six smartphones to breaks Samsung’s monopoly.
Six months ago, ex HTC executives announced Kazam with a promises to make a good impact in the smartphone world. That statement has now become a reality as the company has showed off its first ranges of Android smartphones. One of such smartphones was launched in the Thunder range and five others with different sizes and internal specifications on the Trooper range.
Kazam Thunder Q4.5 has a 4.5-inch 854×480 IPS display running on a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. Kazam Thunder Q4.5 will also be launched with 1GB of RAM, and 4GB of expandable storage. It would be powered by 1,800mAh battery. 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera would also be available to the smartphone. There is also a Thunder Q5.0 but the internal specs have not been revealed by Kazam.
The Trooper ranges have variety of display sizes. It starts from 3.5 inch to 5.5 inch and they all run Android 4.2 Jellybean.

Kazam’s Trooper range of smartphone is built to challenge middle of the market while the Thunder range is set to challenge the big guns; Samsung and HTC. All Kazam smartphones have dual SIM slots and 3G radio. They will also come with Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 4.2. There is also a feature called “Kazam Rescue”.
