Ngcareers recruitment tool enables employers advertise jobs, set suitability metrics and get a shortlist of candidates that meet the minimum suitability requirements (location, qualification, skills, pay range etc) that they can then invite for interviews. This eliminates the huge time and resources invested in sieving through hundreds or thousands of applications.
Employer can choose to also set up screening questions in a variety of formats to test potential applicants or can use the system generated screening questions for candidates which is compiled automatically from the content of the employer’s job postings.
