For guys who bought this Tecno smartphone after reading our Tecno Boom J8 review and experiencing a mild screen responsive problem, you are not alone. We have received a couple of post-sale questions regarding the persistent problem which looks like flaw that affects some users.
While a recent HiOS update rolled out to fix the problem didn’t do much help, we asked the guys at Tecno and got an epic reply. If you still encounter the problem, all you need to do is lay your complain at Tecno Spot community or visit the company’s Carl Center in your location.
In the main time, we are tracking this issue closely, we’d like to know what the guys at Tecno’s R&D department missed. Let’s keep our fingers crossed, I expect the Tecno Boom J8 screen responsive issue to receive special attention. I sincerely hope this is something that can be fixed via a firmware update.
