First of all you can’t remove the battery. Second if your battery is dead you can’t turn it on. Third when you dial that number it comes back with an error code.
Lastly we don’t have problem with charging cables, ports, debris or actually charging. The problem is it charges then just stops but everything still says it’s charging while you just watch the battery life go down. Only way I know to fix it is unplug the charger and then plug it back in.
This is only happening on the m9 and not any of the pre models.

I have the same problem, phone wont charge… tried a cupel of chargers.
I wonder if this is a problem due to software upgrades… Before i upgraded the phone i head no problems. But when i upgraded it, and the veri first time i tried to charge it, this problem acured?
